Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuarterMaster, its APIs, or connecting via Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use & Account Responsibility

QuarterMaster provides software services for equestrian yard and stable management. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your authentication credentials.
• Use the platform and its API tools in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in abusive, disruptive, or unauthorized actions, including unauthorized penetration testing or denial-of-service attempts.
• Authorize AI connectors (such as Claude or ChatGPT) only with credentials you own or are authorized to delegate.

3. Account Tiers & Subscriptions

QuarterMaster offers both free user accounts and paid subscription tiers:

• Free User Accounts: Standard access to core yard and stable management capabilities, subject to applicable service limits.
• Paid Subscriptions: Advanced features, enhanced data capabilities, and higher operational limits.
• Monthly Cancellation: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle and can be canceled at any time with monthly effect. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period with no subsequent charges.

4. Multi-Tenancy & Access Controls

Data access is strictly scoped to the stables for which your account holds valid membership. Attempting to bypass tenant scoping or access data from unauthorized stables is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

5. AI Assistant Integrations

When you enable MCP connectors in third-party AI assistants, the assistant acts as your designated agent using OAuth 2.0 delegation. Actions taken by the assistant (e.g. creating, updating, or deleting records) are subject to your permissions and are executed on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming tool executions initiated by your AI assistant.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

QuarterMaster is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuarterMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the services.
